FAST 3 and Unit Test Review
HSA Biology

OBJECTIVE:  Students will work through various online activities in order to prepare for the FAST 3 and their Unit Test next week.

WARM-UP:  Find two websites that have practice Biology HSA questions.  List them here:

Today you will be reviewing for the FAST 3 test, as well as your Unit Test in Biology.  You will need to complete each section by the end of today in order to receive full credit for your classwork today.  In addition, Section 4 will count as a Quiz grade.  If you do not complete this section today, you will receive a 0 on the quiz.

Section 1- Indicator 3.3.1- Meiosis and fertilization

Section 2- Indicator 3.3.2- Mendelian Genetics

  2. Go to http://www2.edc.org/weblabs/Punnett/punnettsquares.html and complete the activity.  Identify which lemmings you bred together in the last question here:  __________ and _____________. See the next question if that link doesn’t work.
  3. If number 2 doesn’t work, do the Monohybrid Cross and the Testcross sections at this website http://biology.clc.uc.edu/courses/bio105/geneprob.htm
